Staying at home allows patients to feel better about themselves, a sense of security and well being and the freedom of not being a burden on family and friends. Our Home Health Care physician will come to your home or your personal physician in collaboration with an intake nurse will create a Plan of Care and discuss it with the patient and/or a family member before commencing with service.
